On December 13, the Hong Kong China Network Security Association (HKCNSA) held a visitation event at the Vocational Training Council (VTC). Mr. David Ip, Founding Chairman of HKCNSA, along with Vice Presidents Mr. Joe Yip and Ms. Christy Tang, and Mr. Kalvin Lam, attended the event. They visited the Cyber Security Centre established by the VTC and engaged in discussions with the council’s representatives.
During the visit, representatives from HKCNSA had an in-depth exchange with the VTC representatives. They discussed topics such as talent education, course training, and knowledge competitions, expressing the desire for deeper cooperation in these areas in the future. The VTC representatives also indicated their hope to increase the exposure of the VTC in Mainland China through the collaboration with the association, aiming to attract more corporate and student talent.
The visit not only strengthened the connection between HKCNSA and VTC but also laid a solid foundation for future cooperation in the field of cybersecurity. HKCNSA looks forward to collaborating with VTC to jointly cultivate more cybersecurity professionals, contributing to the growth of the industry.
