On November 6, 2025, with the increasingly complex digital threats in Hong Kong, Mastercard hosted the Risk Resilience Summit, with the Hong Kong China Network Security Association (HKCNSA) as a supporting organization. The summit focused on strengthening cyber resilience and explored key topics including AI-driven threat detection, multi-vendor risk management strategies, and building a culture of security awareness. Experts from government agencies, technology enterprises, and cybersecurity organizations shared insights on how to drive digital growth while ensuring robust protection.

HKCNSA Founding Chairman Mr. David Ip joined the panel discussion titled “Navigating Emerging Risks While Accelerating Growth and Experience”. Panelists examined practical approaches to mitigating emerging risks while safeguarding digital transformation, emphasizing the importance of achieving a balance between innovation and security.

Discussions highlighted the urgent need to establish a resilient digital security ecosystem in Hong Kong. With AI and cloud technologies rapidly permeating business operations, organizations must embed cyber resilience into their core strategies and strengthen cross-sector collaboration to address evolving threats.
HKCNSA will continue working closely with industry leaders to advance resilience initiatives, foster policy and technology integration, and promote a sustainable cybersecurity culture across sectors.
