Wilson is an industry leader with nearly 20 years of experience in cybersecurity. As the CISO of one of the major telco operators in Hong Kong, Wilson lead the Information Security team on threat hunting, minimize cyber risk and building a security aware culture. Wilson believes that proactiveness and bringing value to talents are the key factors to success. Prior to his current role, Wilson served an international consulting firm for 5 years and a local system integrator for 15 years.

 

Wilson sees the advanced of network security in Chinese vendors while at the same time see Hong Kong lack a platform for security experts from different industries to share their experience, and that’s the reason Wilson joined the Association hoping to learn more from different experts and share his valuable experience.

 

Wilson holds a Bachelor Degree of Computing Science from University of New England (Australia) and was awarded as CISO of the Year by Revive Tech Asia Awards 2023.

Dr. Barry Wong currently serves as Regional Vice President at Elastic, where he is responsible for overseeing operations and management across the region.With nearly 25 years of experience in the technology industry, Dr. Wong previously held the position of General Manager for Hong Kong, Macau, Mongolia & Taiwan at Splunk. Prior to that, he held various leadership and sales roles at several renowned technology companies, including Micro Focus, BMC, ServiceNow, CA Technologies, Sun Microsystems, Symantec, and Hewlett Packard.

Dr. Wong earned his Doctorate in Business Administration from the Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia in Spain, where his dissertation focused on sales and decision-making patterns in cloud services. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Newcastle in Australia, a Master of Science in E-Commerce from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and a Master of Science in Psychology from Sheffield Hallam University in the UK.

Dr. Wong has been actively involved in volunteer service for many years, with over a decade of experience in promoting talent training and career preparation at local universities and secondary schools.

The Bank of East Asia |  Head of Cybersecurity & Overseas IT Department

​

Isaiah Wong was appointed Head of the Cybersecurity & Overseas IT Department at The Bank of East Asia (BEA) in January 2026. Prior to this, he served as the Bank’s Head of Cybersecurity Department.

​

Isaiah drives BEA’s cybersecurity roadmap, establishing the standards necessary to safeguard the Bank’s systems and digital services. He also directs the technology strategy for overseas branches, guides innovation adoption and solution evaluation, as well as ensures the security of IT operations.

​

Isaiah has over 20 years of leadership experience in the banking sector across Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland, and Singapore, complemented by 6 years at an international systems integrator and conglomerate. His expertise encompasses cybersecurity, cloud deployment, IT infrastructure & operations, application delivery, and IT service management.  

BlackRock | Vice President, Head of APAC Privacy and Data Protection

Veronica Wang is a Data Governance, Privacy, and AI governance executive with more than a decade of experience leading enterprise transformation programs across financial services, asset management, and luxury retail organizations in Asia-Pacific.

 

She currently serves as Head of APAC Privacy & Data Protection for a leading global asset management firm, where she leads regional data protection, privacy governance and regional AI governance initiatives across Asia-Pacific. Her work focuses on building governance strategies that enable innovation while managing regulatory and operational risk in an increasingly complex data and regulatory environment.

 

Prior to her current role, Veronica served as Asia Data Protection Officer for a global luxury retail brand under LVMH group, where she led privacy compliance and enterprise data governance initiatives across the region. Earlier in her career, she held Data Governance strategist positions at Bank of China International and China CITIC Bank International, designing governance frameworks, data quality programmes, stewardship models, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

 

Throughout her career, Veronica has built and transformed enterprise governance frameworks covering data governance, privacy, data quality, metadata management, data lineage, data inventory, and cross-border data transfer programmes. She has led several large-scale governance initiatives across Asia-Pacific, including one of the region's earlier regulatory-approved cross-border data transfer programmes in Mainland China.

 

Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Veronica is an active contributor to the professional community and regularly works with privacy, cybersecurity, legal, technology and governance professionals across the region to advance industry collaboration and best practices. She is a frequent speaker and facilitator at industry forums, executive roundtables and professional workshops covering privacy, data governance, AI governance, cross-border data transfers and emerging regulatory developments.

 

Veronica is committed to developing the next generation of privacy and data governance professionals. She has mentored practitioners and researchers in governance-related studies, supporting the publication of research in CNKI-indexed journals and contributing to the broader development of the profession.

 

She holds industry certifications including CIPP/E, CIPP/A and CIPM, and is currently pursuing advanced legal studies in information technology law and space law, reflecting her broader interest in the governance implications of emerging technologies and future digital ecosystems.

Frankie Tam is a Partner of Baker & McKenzie. She specialises in cybersecurity and data privacy, significant technology outsourcing transactions, payment projects, digital assets and blockchain matters. Frankie has assisted multinational corporations and life sciences groups in navigating through the fast-changing AI, cybersecurity and data regulatory environment. She has advised on strategic transactions relating to developing and using digital currencies.

Frankie has served as a member of the Vetting Committee of Hong Kong Innovation and Technology Commission's General Support Programme, where she advised the Government on merits of technology projects. She teaches Fintech programmes at postgraduate degrees.

 

Frankie's expertise is industry-recognised and ranked in global legal rankings publications. She is qualified in Hong Kong, New York, and England & Wales.

Sia | Senior Industry Expert - Digital Technology Transformation 

 

Stefano brings over 15 years of experience in management consulting, specializing in cybersecurity and digital transformation. Throughout his career, he has assisted numerous clients in assessing their cybersecurity posture, defining and implementing data protection programs, and developing technology risk management frameworks.

 

His expertise spans various sectors, including banking, insurance, luxury retail, energy, and manufacturing. In addition to his cybersecurity focus, Stefano has significant experience in IT advisory, leading complex digital transformation projects, and helping companies optimize their IT costs through software asset management practices.

 

Before relocating to Hong Kong in 2018, Stefano worked as a consultant in France and Italy. He holds a Master's in Management and a degree in Management Engineering.

Andrew is an accomplished cybersecurity and technology risk leader with over 15 years of expertise spanning IT governance, auditing, cloud security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. In his current role at Lalamove, he oversees global information security strategies, operations and privacy data protection, ISO 27001 and 27701 certifications, AI security, endpoint protection, supplier security, and ensuring technology compliance across multiple regions, including Southeast Asia, Europe, and the United States.

 

Andrew is passionate about strengthening cybersecurity maturity across industries and joins the Association to share his experience in enterprise security, risk management, and emerging technologies while learning from fellow professionals.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics and a Bachelor of Accounting, and maintains a broad portfolio of professional certifications, including CISA, CRISC, CDPSE, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CCCSK, Certified Cryptocurrency Auditor, and Certified Blockchain Expert.​

Harry received the Outstanding Volunteer Achievement Recognition awarded by the Parliament of Canada in 2013 and is now serving various NGOs in Hong Kong as a committee member and cybersecurity advisor.

 

He is an Information Technology and Cybersecurity Specialist with strong business acumen. He possesses extensive knowledge and experience in Business Process Improvement, IT Operations, and Information Security Management. Throughout his career, he has worked in some of the most admired enterprises in the field located in both Asia and North America.

 

He has over 25 years of experience in the consulting and corporate sectors as an IT and Cybersecurity professional. He has served as the Head of Information Security and held other senior positions in telecommunication companies, as well as worked with and served enterprise clients in various industries including NGOs, pharmaceutical, healthcare, AEC, logistics, manufacturing, retail, government, banking/FSI, and business services outsourcing.

 

Harry holds an MBA from Queen's University in Canada. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Hong Kong and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in Ontario, Canada.

 

Harry also holds the following professional certifications:
CISA, CISSP, CEH, CCSP, CRISC, CCISO, CISM, CIPM, ITIL.

Mr. Noble Yin has 15 years of experience in information security, having worked at SiS International Limited, Qianxin, Wicresoft, and PCCW, where he was responsible for information security management systems, security product and system construction, security operations, and security incident response. Mr. Yin has rich practical experience in information security management construction, network security offense and defense, and currently serves as the Sales and Technical Director at SiS International, overseeing the sales and technical consulting for all Chinese-funded informatization products (Chinese-funded infrastructure, software, and network security products).
