Wilson Tang

Wilson is an industry leader with nearly 20 years of experience in cybersecurity. As the CISO of one of the major telco operators in Hong Kong, Wilson lead the Information Security team on threat hunting, minimize cyber risk and building a security aware culture. Wilson believes that proactiveness and bringing value to talents are the key factors to success. Prior to his current role, Wilson served an international consulting firm for 5 years and a local system integrator for 15 years.
Wilson sees the advanced of network security in Chinese vendors while at the same time see Hong Kong lack a platform for security experts from different industries to share their experience, and that’s the reason Wilson joined the Association hoping to learn more from different experts and share his valuable experience.
Wilson holds a Bachelor Degree of Computing Science from University of New England (Australia) and was awarded as CISO of the Year by Revive Tech Asia Awards 2023.

Dr. Barry Wong

Dr. Barry Wong currently serves as Regional Vice President at Elastic, where he is responsible for overseeing operations and management across the region.With nearly 25 years of experience in the technology industry, Dr. Wong previously held the position of General Manager for Hong Kong, Macau, Mongolia & Taiwan at Splunk. Prior to that, he held various leadership and sales roles at several renowned technology companies, including Micro Focus, BMC, ServiceNow, CA Technologies, Sun Microsystems, Symantec, and Hewlett Packard.
Dr. Wong earned his Doctorate in Business Administration from the Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia in Spain, where his dissertation focused on sales and decision-making patterns in cloud services. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Newcastle in Australia, a Master of Science in E-Commerce from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and a Master of Science in Psychology from Sheffield Hallam University in the UK.
Dr. Wong has been actively involved in volunteer service for many years, with over a decade of experience in promoting talent training and career preparation at local universities and secondary schools.

Isaiah Wong

Mr. Isaiah Wong was appointed the Head of Cybersecurity Department of BEA in Jan 2025. He is responsible for overseeing the cybersecurity policy and control across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and overseas branches. He also drives the Bank’s cybersecurity roadmap through the adoption of the latest technologies and other enhancement initiatives.
Mr. Wong has over 20 years of experience in key positions in various Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Singaporean banks. Additionally, he has amassed over 6 years of experience with an international system integrator and conglomerate. His expertise encompasses multiple domains, including cybersecurity, public/private cloud deployment, IT infrastructure & operations, application delivery, and IT services management.

Chandy Ye

Chandy Ye is a dual qualified Hong Kong solicitor and PRC lawyer with over 10 years of experience in data protection and privacy compliance matters in Greater China and other highly regulated regions such as Europe. She has unique and cutting-edge expertise as in-house counsel working in the global cybersecurity compliance program of a market leading German software and cloud services company. She handles various complicated cybersecurity, data protection and privacy compliance issues under the EU GDPR, China PIPL and Hong Kong PDPO.
Chandy holds certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/EU) and a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM). She is also a member of the DPO club set up by Hong Kong’s Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data. Chandy has extensive experience as in-house counsel with major B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms. She has also worked in Hong Kong, Beijing and London offices of renowned international law firms.
Chandy is also a founding member of the committee for members with mainland background under the Law Society of Hong Kong.

Noble Yin

Mr. Noble Yin has 15 years of experience in information security, having worked at SiS International Limited, Qianxin, Wicresoft, and PCCW, where he was responsible for information security management systems, security product and system construction, security operations, and security incident response. Mr. Yin has rich practical experience in information security management construction, network security offense and defense, and currently serves as the Sales and Technical Director at SiS International, overseeing the sales and technical consulting for all Chinese-funded informatization products (Chinese-funded infrastructure, software, and network security products).

Harry Poon

Harry received the Outstanding Volunteer Achievement Recognition awarded by the Parliament of Canada in 2013 and is now serving various NGOs in Hong Kong as a committee member and cybersecurity advisor.
He is an Information Technology and Cybersecurity Specialist with strong business acumen. He possesses extensive knowledge and experience in Business Process Improvement, IT Operations, and Information Security Management. Throughout his career, he has worked in some of the most admired enterprises in the field located in both Asia and North America.
He has over 25 years of experience in the consulting and corporate sectors as an IT and Cybersecurity professional. He has served as the Head of Information Security and held other senior positions in telecommunication companies, as well as worked with and served enterprise clients in various industries including NGOs, pharmaceutical, healthcare, AEC, logistics, manufacturing, retail, government, banking/FSI, and business services outsourcing.
Harry holds an MBA from Queen's University in Canada. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Hong Kong and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in Ontario, Canada.

Frankie Tam

Frankie Tam is a Partner of Eversheds Sutherland. She specialises in cybersecurity and data privacy, significant technology outsourcing transactions, payment projects, digital assets and blockchain matters. Frankie has assisted multinational corporations and life sciences groups in navigating through the fast-changing AI, cybersecurity and data regulatory environment. She has advised on strategic transactions relating to developing and using digital currencies.
Frankie has served as a member of the Vetting Committee of Hong Kong Innovation and Technology Commission's General Support Programme, where she advised the Government on merits of technology projects. She teaches Fintech programmes at postgraduate degrees.
Frankie's expertise is industry-recognised and ranked in global legal rankings publications. She is qualified in Hong Kong, New York, and England & Wales.
